Don't Worry About Losing a Mineral
Source With Purified Water
Unfortunately, to properly purify water, everything needs
to be taken out, including beneficial minerals.
Some people would have you believe that when your drink purified
water it will leach minerals out of your body, robbing you
of a vital nutritional benefit. In reality, the inorganic
minerals that are leached out have already been rejected by
the cells and tissues.
The body does need minerals, but it is not necessary that
they come from water. There is not one type of mineral that
cannot be found much more abundantly in food.
Water would be a most unreliable source because it varies
from one area to another and each persons body chemistry is
made up differently. Very few of our drinking water sources
would classify as having a perfectly balanced mineral content.
The food we eat, not the water we drink, is our most reliable
source of minerals. So it just makes good common sense to
try to CLEAN UP the water and take out the chemicals and pollutants
by Distillation or Reverse Osmosis,
and eat plenty of mineral rich fruits and vegetables.
For perfect mineral water, add a few drops
of Concentrace liquid mineral drops by Trace Minerals Research
to a glass of purified water. Or, add two tablespoons of mineral
drops to every five gallons of water. This can also serve
as an Electrolyte Fortified Sports Drink, without all the
excess sugar.
